上海東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)西(xi)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)是指由浦(pu)西(xi)的(de)延(yan)安(an)(an)路(lu)(lu)高架和浦(pu)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)浦(pu)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)大道(dao)(dao)地(di)(di)下(xia)道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)構成(cheng)的(de)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)西(xi)方(fang)向快速交通(tong)(tong)系統。特指正(zheng)在(zai)施工(gong)(gong)中的(de)浦(pu)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)段地(di)(di)下(xia)道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)工(gong)(gong)程。浦(pu)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)西(xi)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)分為(wei)(wei)3層,第(di)一層為(wei)(wei)地(di)(di)面道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu),第(di)二層為(wei)(wei)地(di)(di)下(xia)道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu),第(di)三層為(wei)(wei)軌交14號線。該工(gong)(gong)程沿世紀大道(dao)(dao)-陸(lu)家(jia)嘴東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)路(lu)(lu)-浦(pu)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)大道(dao)(dao)走向,西(xi)起延(yan)安(an)(an)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)路(lu)(lu)隧道(dao)(dao)浦(pu)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)出口,東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)至金橋路(lu)(lu)中環線,全(quan)長(chang)約7.9公里(li)。其(qi)中,延(yan)安(an)(an)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)路(lu)(lu)隧道(dao)(dao)浦(pu)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)出口至陶安(an)(an)路(lu)(lu)段由“主線地(di)(di)下(xia)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)+地(di)(di)面道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)”組成(cheng)。

東西通道(dao)(dao)地面道(dao)(dao)路(lu)設計(ji)雙(shuang)向6-8車道(dao)(dao),設計(ji)時速40公里;地下道(dao)(dao)路(lu)全(quan)長6.1公里,設計(ji)為雙(shuang)向4車道(dao)(dao),設計(ji)時速50公里,共設11個出(chu)入口(kou)。上海(hai)東西通道(dao)(dao)建成后,將減輕小陸家嘴地區地面過境車輛的(de)(de)交通壓(ya)力,該(gai)地區前(qian)往浦(pu)西的(de)(de)車流(liu)分流(liu)至附(fu)近(jin)的(de)(de)人(ren)民路(lu)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)和新建路(lu)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)。
